Phoenix I 1022 is a beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom gulf-front condominium located in Orange Beach Alabama. Enjoy the lovely beachfront views from the private 2nd floor balcony while sipping an afternoon cocktail or your morning coffee. Relax with the cozy coastal vibes in the living room which features a queen sleeper sofa and a wall-mounted flat screen television. Enjoy dolphin watching from the living room with the large sliding doors which open to the warm coastal breezes. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances crisp white cabinetry and marble countertops. The dining area table seats six guests comfortably. --------

Once the sun goes down the primary bedroom awaits with a comfortable king size bed wall-mounted flat screen television and gulf front balcony access. The attached primary bathroom features a single sink vanity and a luxurious large custom tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a wall-mounted flat screen television. The shared guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a combination bathtub and shower.

Phoenix I 1022 also has a stack washer and dryer inside the condo as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout for convenience. The gulf front balcony provides extra dining option with a bar height table and four chairs.

This is a non-smoking property. No pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Guests of Phoenix I must obtain wristbands at the front desk in the lobby. There are no additional costs associated with the wristbands.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
