The Space:

Must be 25 years of age to book. Parking passes are $25 each (1 pass will be provided with your reservation). Any additional passes are $25 (2 parking passes allowed per reservation).



***We do not offer a boat slip for this unit at Perdido Grande****If you choose to bring a boat you will need to utilize the adjacent property at Sportsman's Marina. You will need to rent a nightly slip from them at a nightly rate. ***You also cannot park your boat trailer at the complex, you'll need to find an offset location which we can give recommendations***



This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath unit has over 2000 sq ft with plenty of space for everyone to relax! Featuring a king bed in the primary room, king in 2nd bedroom, and queen in 3rd bedroom. There is also a sleeper couch in the living room to sleep a total of 8 guests in the unit.

Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom!



Enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony overlooking Terry Cove and the marina!



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to everything in the unit/balcony, indoor pool, fitness gym, sauna, outdoor pool, and tennis courts.



The community has a gated entrance with a code to get in/out (code will be given prior to arrival).

Orange Beach Life will be available to assist guests before, during, and after their stay.
