On the first floor, you'll find an inviting living area and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals —or for enjoying local takeout from the many nearby restaurants. Step onto the private balcony overlooking the community's largest lake and unwind in a peaceful, scenic setting. A full bathroom on this level adds extra convenience.
All three bedrooms are en-suite and located upstairs, providing privacy and comfort for every guest. Additional features include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Public beach access at Romar Beach is less than a mile away, making it easy to enjoy sun-filled days on the shoreline. Casa de Sol is also within walking distance of popular local favorites like Live Bait, Beachside Mini Golf, The Ruby Slipper Café, and Doc's Seafood.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
