When entering the condo, immediately to your left is the first bedroom with two queen beds, TV and en suite bathroom. Continue down the hall and enter the open floor plan with a full kitchen (stocked with all of your basic cooking essentials), an eating area that will seat 6, and the living room with an open view of the gulf. Just off of the living room is the second (main) bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, en suite bathroom and direct access onto the balcony. The perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine, in pure serenity. For convenience during your stay, there is a washer/dryer stack in the condo.

While visiting Phoenix VII 1104, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis and pickleball courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

Phoenix VII is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.
