Perfect Week

Easy communication with owner and Peachy. Great location. Unit looks better in person than in photos. Very roomy for six adults. Did have to buy a can opener, regular coffee pot needs to be replaced and floors in need of a deep clean. Did not report any of those things but just a suggestion to make the stay even better.

Just as advertised!

It was easy to work with the property manager. Peachy was responsive to every message and more than helpful. And the property was just as advertised. Nice, clean and just what you need. The dock and cleaning station are brand new and perfect for use with your boat and fishing. We loved the location as it is near everything. We will definitely be back.

Property manager extremely rude.

Great location but property manager will eventually have your parking lots empty. Stayed here 4 days and haven’t seen half the parking lot full. It’s been empty the whole time. We went to the launch and loaded our boat and came back to the property to eat lunch for a friends birthday before we departed. We have been here a total of 2 hours. I could understand if the parking lot was full. ITS EMPTY. Property manager is extreme rude. I told her I was sorry and was leaving and she was consistently rude. Numerous people staying here said they loved the place but property manager was a rude individual and they wouldn’t be back. I agree with them. I stay in the orange beach area numerous times a month and this is the last place I would choose to be honest. Thanks for the experience. Host was extremely helpful and beautiful place.

Lovely vacation

We had the best time at Dolphin Harbor. It is one of our most favorite places and the location is just perfect for our family. We love being on the harbor and having access to the water, boat slips and private beach!

Fantastic condo

Super clean, very easy to communicate with the property manager! They sent someone back to redo the floors, and we hadn’t even complained or really noticed that they weren’t perfect. Nice area, pool is great!

Most beautiful spot along the Gulf Coast! We loved everything about this property. It was relaxing, comfortable, and the view was beautiful. We just needed a few more days as our water time was cut short by Tropical Storm Claudette. We will plan on going back for a longer stay!

Very nice property

Extremely clean condo with nice beds. Views of Ole River and Ono island . We saw dolphins every mourning . They have new boat docks and great grilling areas.. (2) I’m serious when I say this is one of the cleanest properties I have stayed in that area. This condo is very spacious with nice furnishings. I would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our vacation more than any other to Orange Beach.

Staying on Ole River was amazing. We brought our boat and stayed in the water. The property and docks were perfect. The condo was huge compared to ones we have stayed before. Very clean and well stocked. We will definitely return.

Not as advertised

Booking of the condo was very easy, unfortunately after driving 14 hours (and had another party in another unit in the same building) we realized that it was not handicapped accessible as advertised and my uncle could not get into the restroom. Contacted the owner, who did offer to completely refund us our money but there we sat with another group 14 hours from home and no place to go. Owner then rented a wheelchair that he was sure would go through the doors, they didn’t until we took off the door to the bathroom. No bars in the bathtub so my uncle had to take sponge baths all week. The dishwasher had bungee cords holding the rack in and the door would just pop open getting the floor wet, making it unusable. Owner let us know this a few days after we checked in. Owner sent a text message to me (I believe he meant to send this to someone else) letting someone know that they “have no bars for invalids to get in or out of bathrooms and showers. Time to remove any mention of handicap accessible.” The location was great, loved having access to the bay and ocean and highly recommend unit 2E but unfortunately can’t recommend this unit or owner. Last I checked it still states handicap accessible :(

As advertised!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was more than enough room for the 5 of us. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and spices. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were spacious. The condo also had beach chairs, a couple (cheap) umbrellas and a few toys which was awesome not to have to bring. The short walk across 4 lanes wasn’t a big deal and the beach wasn’t terrible far. The balcony view of the bay was great. We felt very safe and to ourselves, we never heard a neighbor. A few things that would have been nice would have been to have a little more toilet paper and paper towels on hand, trash bags, and even the dispensers in the showers with shampoo conditioner and body wash so we didn’t HAVE to go to the store immediately. All in all we would definitely stay here again!
