Das Caribe 713C ist ein 3-Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer am Wasser mit privatem Zugang zum Balkon vom Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer.

Dieses Gerät befindet sich im 7. Stock und ist nach Süden mit Blick auf den Golf ausgerichtet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Das Hauptbad verfügt über eine Whirlpool-Badewanne mit separater ebenerdiger Dusche.

Das 2. Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Doppelstockbetten, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Whirlpool-Badewanne und einer Duschkombination.

Dieses Gerät bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Gäste mit einem Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sowie einem einzigen Ausziehbett im Master.

Beautiful place ...property could use some tlc but overall it was a perfect place for my family reunion/ birthday celebration. Enough on property pools to keep every age entertained. Beautiful vistas and close to eateries and beach. I would definitely stay at Carive on my next visit to Alabama.

Loved this condo

I loved 713c. It was lovely. We had 9 of us staying here. The condo is huge with plenty seating for all of us. A bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful. The condo was very cleanand we never had to go out a buy a bag of ice withe the extra ice maker. The resort was beautiful pools were clean. Even with the construction that was going on i could not have been happier. Thanks to the host of 713c for making our stay the best.

Amazing family vacay!!!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! We couldn't have asked for more. Between location, space, amenities and views, it was everything we needed and wanted! My husband and I stayed with his parents and our 5 children, aged 24, 22, 12, 11 and 8. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pools provided hours of fun and we loved the miniature golf course. The trolley to the beach was convenient and there is a lot of other options for public beach access. We are already discussing our next visit to Caribe Resort.

A great condo with lots of room and great views

This was a great condo, in a great location, with terrific views. The unit was ready when we arrived and was clean. Checking in at a different location than where you were staying was a little odd, but outside of that, the condo was perfect. You don't have a lot of options when looking for a place on the beach that has the capacity to sleep 7-10 people comfortably, so this place is a real gem. The living and kitchen areas provided lots of room, even when everyone was together at one time. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again!

Awesome kid, family environment

We loved it! It has everything onsite for you to do where you don’t even need to leave honestly! The kids stayed so busy because of everything to do onsite! We didn’t ride the provided transportation for the beach, we ended up going to the next parking area to the left when you pull out, then was right there to your right that was on the beach! It was easier for me and my family!! Only complaint is group of 12, we ran out of tissue and wasn’t provided with more from staff! So we went and bought some. No big deal but I would suggest supplying extra! :) overall amazing and we will be going back!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

There were so many thing wrong where to start. Chairs on balcony need replaced, several are broken. I do have pictures. The furniture in living room is very past used and very dirty as well as the carpets. The wall facing kitchen has food on it. The wine fridge racks are frozen to back. Fans are so dirty. Bedroom 2 closed would not close and bath fixture falling off walls. The front door lock does not work correctly. Who ever has been painting for you should give you your money back. Big glob of hair on wall of master shower.

Girl’s Trip

This was our sixth year to come to the beach with our mom/daughter group. This year there was 10 of us and while this condo says it sleeps 13, we were a little cramped with 10. The hall bathroom would not flush which was a hassle. Booking with Liquid Life was also a hassle. Being made to come to their office away from the property to pick up keys then drop them off after our stay felt like something we did in the 90’s! In the past 10 years we’ve stayed in OB we’ve not had to do this at other condos. The grounds were nice with several pools and activities. We enjoyed the balcony at the condo most of all. The shuttle was nice but the walk to the beach was long with all that we had to carry. We will most likely book directly on the beach again next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very nice. The complex is huge but there was no material in the unit giving locations of amenities, wifi access,tv channel guide, etc. Had to explore for ourselves and call the office for wifi info. Checkout process was not veryguest friendly. Had to physically return the access cards to the office even though we were going home in a different direction. Never had a situation where you couldn't just leave the keys/cards in the unit. I asked but was told No

Needs help!

The condo was very outdated. Every surface that could be painted needed at least two or three paints of coats. The walls and baseboards were dirty. The guest bathroom underneath the sink part of the face board was ripped off and in the living room underneath the bar sink parts of that baseboard was ripped off. The carpets are filthy, not dirty, filthy. Whatever they wash the tile floors with, they did not rinse it off. They were sticky, and they made squeaking noise as you walked. All furniture needs updated. Some were broken down and very uncomfortable to sit in. The TV needs i better instructions. We only had Netflix and prime to watch in the evening. So for five days we did not get to see the news. On the brighter side, the view was beautiful.

We loved it!

Caribe is one of the best places to stay with young kids (we have 6 and 8 yo). The previous reviews of saying the condo could use some repairs is accurate, but for us, it was perfectly fine. The shower in the bunk room bathroom didn’t work the whole week for us, but it was made right. Positives: -amount of pools and activities on site! -snack & drink bar right beside the main pool -restaurant in walking distance -marina right next to the property where we were picked up for a dolphin cruise Negatives: -the trek to get to the ocean is LONG. By the time you get to the beach, you’re exhausted from the walk. (Even with the trolley) -check-in being 2 miles down the road. Not a huge deal, but the fact that you just get plastic key cards, which can be gotten from the Caribe front desk, it seems pointless. Just for information, these are the things at the condo upon arrival: One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom One paper towel roll One dish washer tablet Individual laundry detergent Hair dryer Blender All dishes/pans we needed were there I like to be prepared on what to bring and thought their may be left overs of anything from previous renters, but I think it’s pretty much emptied after each guest. No salt/pepper, no extra trash bags, etc. Overall, we would always choose to stay at Caribe when we vacation with our kids. If it was just my husband and I, we would not stay here. It’s pretty much made for kids and families.

Overall, Great Condo

Positives: great view, the Caribe's pools were a huge hit with our kids, especially the lazy river. The kid pool was really crowded, so go early if you want a spot with shade. The other pools were limited on shade but less crowded. The condo itself was in need of some repairs, but had plenty of room for us, and the balcony was spacious with an ocean view, view of one of the pool areas, and view of the mini-golf course. The kitchen had everything we needed, and were pleasantly surprised there was an ice machine in the room, along with a beverage fridge. There was a starter-pack with a couple dishwasher pods, small laundry detergent, dish soap, and roll of paper towels. This was nice since we did not make it to the store until the next day after check-in. Cons: the condo was not super clean--floors a bit sticky, and the carpet in the bedrooms need a deep cleaning. living room rug not super clean. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it was obvious that there has not been a really deep clean in a while. The check-in would have been more convenient if it was on the property, but the process was quick at the off-site office. Parking was confusing with no clear map or indication of where to park. There is a map with a very general layout of the property, but nothing clearly indicating how to get to specific areas--like take the elevator in the parking garage for upper level pool access. More specific instructions would be nice.

Very disappointing

We have stayed at the Caribe numerous times before and this was by far our worst experience with the unit. The sink in the kitchen is broken. We had to use a rubber band to hold the button down so it didn’t spray too hard. The lock on the door is broken. We had to hold the handle a certain way to get the door to close and lock. The futon in the bunk room is falling apart and unusable! The curtains in the living room and master bedroom were broken and won’t close all the way. There are places along the floor boards that need to be replaced. Parts were missing under the ice maker and under one of the cabinets. There are only 6 spoons for a unit that is supposed to sleep 13. With the futon being broken the unit does not sleep 13. I was glad we were able to make other sleeping arrangements work. The roll away in the master is not a roll away. It is a pull out sofa and our 16 year old had to share a room with us. The coffee maker is very outdated. We had brought a lot of k cups with us and had to go out and purchase other coffee which was very inconvenient. There is no pizza pan and very few other pots and pans. One dish towel and no pot holders. It was very disappointing.

We Loved It!

Everything thing was great with this condo. Any questions were answered within minutes. There were a few things from prior guests, but they took care of immediately. We will be back.

Not as pictured

The condo did not have a clean smell upon entering. I had a few complaints which I emailed to the company that oversees the property the night we arrived and 5 days later I have yet to receive and acknowledgment of my email. You have to drive 2 miles away from property to pickup your keys which we did not find out until we received the text message the room was ready as we were entering the property at 4 pm. When I dropped the keys off on check out day and let them know about my email, I was rudely told they were having problems with their email and to have a nice day. There was a lot of construction or work going on at the property which did make for some amenities unavailable. I may stay on property again however, I will not stay in a condo that is managed by Liquid Life.
