Just walk in from your car, no carrying luggage up the stairs, no waiting on an elevator. Freshly updated with new beds, new paint, new stainless appliances, living room chairs, new patio furniture, new hvac & water heater. The condo sits right on the white sand beaches and has easy ground floor access to the amenities and beach. The spacious unit has plenty of room for the whole family, sleeping up to 6 guests. The building is centrally located with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all right down the road.Parking Passes are to be purchased by each guest at HOA Office for $50 per car prior to check in(2 car limit).

Amenities include: Outdoor Pool, Heated Indoor Pool, Tennis Courts, Private Beach Access, Shuffleboard, BBQ Grill Area, & Sauna.

Step inside the condo and you will find a spacious floor plan that is nicely decorated and maintained well. The kitchen features black granite and is stocked with all of the appliances, cookware, and dishes you will need to prepare meals during your stay. There is seating for up to 8 between the kitchen table and the kitchen bar. The open living area also has plenty seating for relaxing and the couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

The master bedroom features a new King size bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom as well direct access out to the pool and beach area.

The guest bedroom features a new queen size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, and fresh paint. Access to the guest bathroom is right outside this bedroom.
