Do not let being a ground floor unit fool you, this unit has a view that is OUT OF THIS WORLD! This unit is perfect for a small family looking to get away and make lifelong memories or a romantic getaway for 2!

The beachside balcony offers one of the best Gulf views in all of Orange Beach! Sit on your balcony and watch the kids playing in the pool or enjoy the beautiful Gulf view! In the evenings, kick back on your private patio and savor the salty air while watching the sun set!

"SANDY HANGOUT" Tradewinds 002 sleeps 6 guests with a king bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and the bunk area in the hallway. Amenities including free WiFi, in unit washer and dryer so you don't have to worry about running out of clean clothes while you are there! When you aren’t out sampling the fresh Gulf cuisine at local Orange Beach restaurants, stock the kitchen with your favorite snacks and dazzle everyone with your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the master bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom and there is a main bathroom just off the entry hallway.

The amenities at Tradewinds are great! There is so much to do here, go for a dip in the indoor or outdoor pool or enjoy some time soaking up some sun in a beach chair reading your favorite book.

Once you’ve soaked up all the Alabama sunshine you need, get out and see all that Orange Beach has to offer! This location is close to Adventure Island and Bubba's Seafood, just walk across the street! From local restaurants, incredible shopping and entertainment at The Wharf, there is something to do for every type of traveler.

Important Details for Your Stay:
• Parking: 1 pass included with reservation; 1 additional pass can be purchased upon request
• Rental Agreement & Guest List: After booking, you’ll receive an email to complete your rental agreement and provide a guest list. A copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license is required. Check-in details will only be provided after this is completed.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.
• Contactless Check-In: You will receive a door code and check-in instructions 3 days before arrival as long as all required information is provided.
• Minimum Age of Primary Renter: 25 years old (No third-party bookings allowed).

Starter Supplies Provided: To get you started, a starter kit is provided, including:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom
1 dishwasher tablet
1 trash bag in each can
1 laundry detergent tablet
