Pelican Pointe is a Gulf-front property on the shores of Orange Beach, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a sundeck, a tennis court, an exercise room, a barbecue area, and a boardwalk that leads to the white sand beach. You'll be practically across the road from Adventure Island, less than two miles from the entrance to Gulf State Park, and five miles east of the bustling heart of Gulf Shores - an epicenter of dining, shopping, and popular area attractions. THINGS TO KNOW
Parking at Pelican Pointe is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on site upon arrival through the security guard tower located as you enter the complex. Parking Passes are $50.00/each. All forms of payment acceptable.A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
