Welcome to Windward Pointe 401, a recently updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offering a perfect retreat for your beach getaway. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living space designed for relaxation and comfort. The Primary bedroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a plush King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and private access to the balcony where you can enjoy stunning views of the surroundings. The attached private bath adds convenience and privacy to your stay.

Guest room one offers a cozy Queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable space for additional guests. The second guest room features a Queen-sized bed and a Twin bed, accommodating guests of all ages or sleeping preferences. Both guest rooms also offer access to a side balcony, allowing for more outdoor enjoyment and relaxation.

The condo's 4th-floor corner location provides panoramic views and plenty of natural light, enhancing the overall ambiance of the space. The wrap-around balcony offers ample space for outdoor dining, lounging, and soaking up the sun.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience. With tile floors throughout, the condo is easy to maintain and keep clean. Additionally, free WiFi ensures you stay connected during your vacation.

For our younger guests, the children's pool offers a safe and enjoyable space to splash and play, ensuring fun for the whole family.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Windward Pointe. Parking pass(es) are available for purchase for up to TWO vehicles. RVs and trailers are not permitted on-site at Windward Pointe. You will receive the information to register your vehicles and purchase your parking pass(es) prior to arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property does not offer monthly rentals.
