Wunderschönes Upgrade 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer im 6. Stock. Das 607 wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett in der Master-Suite sowie einen Flachbild-TV, Zugang zum Balkon und ein Badezimmer mit separatem Ankleidebereich und großer ebenerdiger Dusche. Das Gästezimmer hat zwei volle Betten und einen Flachbildfernseher. Dieses Gerät verfügt auch über Fliesenböden im gesamten, Schlafsofa und Flachbild-TV im Wohnzimmer, kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit und Geräten aus Edelstahl, eine Waschmaschine und Trockner und einen privaten Balkon mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Golf.
Das Summerchase liegt 10 km östlich des Highway 59 in Orange Beach und verfügt über einen Außenpool, einen Innenpool, ein Kinderbecken im Freien, einen Innenwhirlpool, eine Sauna und einen Fitnessraum.

DougFest 61yrs in the making!

The Summerchase was a great place to relax and unwind. We rode out Hurricane Francine and had a couple of wonderful beach days! The indoor hot tub was great during rainy days and the pool was perfect for cooling off while the double reds were flying. You cannot beat the view and the short hop to the beach. We look forward to returning next year.

The property was as it was described. It was nice to have an indoor and outdoor pool and the proximity to the beach was great. My only complaint is that the floors were dirty and our feet were black after walking on them. But everything else was good.

Beautiful View

Condo was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room in condo. Hardly any wait at all for elevators. Shower in master bedroom was very nice. Beautiful view from the balcony. Pools were clean and not too crowded, indoor pool was out of service for one day, maintenance fixed problem immediately. Hot tub was fantastic. Only problem was floors were very dirty. Not sure if it was the type tile or if they just had not been mopped properly, but you could not go barefoot unless your feet were black afterwards. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

My husband and I stayed at Summerchase. Great condo with amazing views. The property managers, Liquid Life, were wonderful to work with. We were soaking up the sun while it was rainy and cool at home. Great time to get away.

Great condo!

We loved this condo! It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed! My only recommendation would be to do ship lap or some type of wall protection by the front door so you can add hooks without ruining the drywall with wet items. There isn’t anywhere for beach towels or wet suits to dry. Extra hooks or rails in bathrooms would help too. Low pile rug in bedroom and possibly the living room would be nice too. Beautiful views and great location! Thanks so much!!

Great vacation!

The condo was exactly as described on the listing. The location was excellent and the views were so nice! Everything was clean and we had plenty of room. You do want to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. If I had to say anything in regards to improvement it would be that the TV in the master bedroom was extremely small and we had a few issues with having enough hot water if both showers were going at the same time. Otherwise we will definitely book here again!

fall vacation

overall condo was great. We did have pest service come into the condo for which we did get a text from Liquid life to notify us the day before. We also had maintenence come into the condo for which we did not get a notice. Maintenece person knock on door and then used key to walk right in the condo. Scared my 83 year old mother in-law who was sitting on the balcony at the time. This is unacceptable, i will not be staying at Summerchase again.

Noise galore and bldg is not non-smoking

First condo is very nice, clean and well appointed. The condo was great, just in a very noisy location. The management company WAS not responsive to maintenance issues. TV in the second bedroom did not work for our 7 day stay. 3 calls to Liquid Life did nothing, no follow up, no communication at all. That TV would have helped with the noise. The closet door in the same room fell off and hit me in the shoulder, we waited 3 days for them to fix, husband got our car tools and fix it himself. Also, I should have more attention but the condo is non-smoking but the bldg is smoking allowed. Laying by the pool and butts raining down from the balconies above. Couldn’t enjoy the wonderful balcony on this condo for the cigarette smoke and then at night it was the pot. As an older person, this condo is not for us, such a shame as we met many great people there and bldg management did all they could to keep pool deck clean. We have been coming to Orange Beach for many, many years but one and done on this condo.

Perfect

Girls trip and it was the perfect location. Beach is beautiful and pristine. Location of condo was great. There are so many things located close by (grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, etc). The condo itself was just as advertised. It was clean and had all we needed. Could not have ask for nicer people to deal with than those at Liquid Life. They were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing ocean views and spacious accommodations

We had a lovely time at this property and enjoyed so much about it. It was equipped very well. We make a pasta dinner complete with a birthday cake while there as well as every breakfast& lunch. Downside was the floor, which evidently hadn't been mopped for a while, as each one of had black soles of our feet after shedding our shoes for just a couple of hours. Also would have liked more than one hand towel per bathroom and another kitchen towel or 2 in kitchen. All in all a good experience.

LOVE SUMMERCHASE

We love staying at Summerchase. This is where we always stay the condos have never disappointed and this one was not different. The beds were extremely comfortable. We love that it is on the beach. We utilized the heated pool since it was the beginning of March. We didn't do as much on this trip because it was our stop after Universal so just the comfort of the condo and being able to just sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view is exactly what we needed and received. The check in process was no problem at all. I received everything I needed before we got there for check in. The ladies at the front desk are amazing. We asked for suggestions on a place to eat that we haven't been to before and they delivered. They were very welcoming to my many questions.

Great Stay

Condo was very clean and well kept. Recent upgrades! I had read other reviews and packed all extra supplies I thought we’d need, but Liquid Life had us covered for detergent, hand soap, and dish soap. We did need extra toilet paper and beach towels. Only negative was that hot tub was having work done to it and water was drained for a couple days but got to enjoy it before we left.

Well Done Renovation

This unit was definitely an above average condo from my experience. The unit was large and open with nice sized kitchen, bedrooms, and large master bath. The south and westward views were excellent for sunrise and sunset. To the east of the Summerchase is an open area and then public beach, to the west is currently open, however, a new restaurant and entertainment area are coming soon and will definitely add some beach traffic. Overall it was an excellent stay for the family. Pros: - Updated flooring, kitchen, baths, and furniture. - Excellent location, no other high rise condos next door. - Clean and maintained grounds - Fairly large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool Cons: - Bring soap and toilet paper. Great and beautiful location!

Easy check-in procedure. Beautiful view of the gorgeous beach and gulf. Nice, spacious condo. There was a tv in the bedroom, but no service. The washing machine and dryer are in the kitchen, and both are very loud.

Quick getaway

We stayed here 3 nights for a quick getaway. The condo was as advertised and very pretty. The only think we didn’t like was that there were no darkening curtains on the window so we were awakened quite early each morning. But we enjoyed the location and would most likely stay here again.
