This condo will sleep 8.
· Master bedroom - King bed - Private bath
· 2nd Bedroom - Full bed - Twin bed
· 3rd Bedroom - Full bed

This 1,350 square foot 3/BR, 2/BA condo boast all the amenities and has been remodeled to include new stainless kitchen appliances and counter tops.
The master bedroom has a king bed with two nightstands, plus a dresser, mirror and side chair. There is a wall-mounted TV and a VCR. The master bath has a convenient shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed with a dresser and nightstand. The third bedroom has a double bed with a flat screen TV.

There are upgraded countertops in the kitchen with all the appliances needed for a pleasurable stay. A wood, metal and glass dining table seats 4. Kitchen and dining is open to the living area where there is plenty of room for all to relax and watch TV on the flat screen with media center, DVD and VCR.
Phoenix I has a new registration system for parking passes. The Property Manager will register your reservation and then you will receive an email to complete registration and pay for parking. You will be sent an email with a barcode to provide upon your arrival at Phoenix I in order to retrieve your parking passes.

Do not recommend
This place looks nice online. When we arrived there was pubic hair on the bathroom floor, the microwave didn’t work, the carpet looks absolutely filthy…it looks like someone placed it in a baseball field and then rolled it in a pig Sty. You can’t even tell the original color of it. The microwave was replaced quickly and the pubic hair was cleaned quickly as well as soon as the complaint was filed. Our blinds wouldn’t shut during our stay so I contacted maintenance about that and had no response. Not a very comfortable feeling knowing all the neighbors can see me feed my baby in the evening because the blinds won’t shut. I eventually YouTubed how to fix them myself. I payed a pretty penny for this place and overall was disappointed. I will not be staying here again and recommend you find another place if you are considering staying at one of the Phoenixes.

It as ok
We will not be staying here again. When we arrived before closing time there was no one at the front desk to get our parking passes or armbands. We had trouble finding our room as it wasn’t on the floor that you would expect with the room number. We had to go to a different building for parking passes and armbands and were told if we didn’t, we could get fined for not having the pass on our windshield and they would not comp. The TV in the living room lost signal without assistance provided to fix it. The building needs repairs and upgrades which aren’t being done. The fitness code stopped working the first day into our trip and we were told they would report to maintenance without any idea when it would work again and it didn’t. “You can go to the next building” was the response we received. It was well below our normal experience with many trips to Orange Beach. The rental company managing is also below expectations without helpful responses overall. We made the most of our trip but we will not be staying here again.

The unit was very clean and had a wonderful view. Everyone we talked to was so nice. Very convent to stores and had real nice places to eat. No complaints about anything. Except week went by so fast. Very happy we stayed there.

The stay was great. Did not like that parking was not included in the price and didn’t find out about the extra $55 per car until two day before check in. Second night we had to park outside of the parking lot. The place was nice and clean and the view was beautiful.

Phoenix I, 10th Floor
Nice area; loved being able to rent beach chairs; great size (3 br/2 ba). Overall condo was clean. The kitchen needs a serious deep clean-inside and outside cabinets especially. Additional cups and glasses needed. Great appliances. May need to replace coffee maker soon. Comfy beds, great tv service. Owner very quick to respond to messages. The listed items to start were not there (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, dish sponge, full roll paper towels). Definitely need more kitchen towels, hand towels and washcloths. Other than those minor inconveniences a great stay.

Fall Break
Checking in was a breeze. We arrived around 30 min before our check in and our room code wouldn’t work yet, so I messaged the owner and they gave me a temporary code to use until ours did!! When we walked in there was a musty smell to the condo. All the furniture needs to be be updated as well due to being very uncomfortable to even sit on. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable! My second day there I woke with the worst migraine I ever had and I honestly believe it’s due to the beds and pillows. I had to go buy another pillow for the rest of my stay. Other than those things we enjoyed our time here!!
