„My Stay was not cancelled and paid for nothing. No reply from Customer care/ reception and I couldn't cancel and my whole payment was deducted“

„Good“

„Das Viertel, in dem sich dieses Hotel befindet ist "buzzing". An dem Hotel selbst ist nichts zu beanstanden.“

„Booked room 1 month prior but while the time of checkin the rooms weren’t available! Our check in was at 11 or 12 but we came around 1 only but still rooms weren’t ready and we had to wait for longer period. We booked 7 rooms where as they gave only 2-3 room keys around 2 and 3pm and they gave rest keys around 5 pm only! Very worst management“

„Mein Flug war deutlich früher und ich fragte im Vorfeld an, ob ich früher einchecken kann. Bekam keine Antwort. Im Hotel jedoch konnte ich gegen ein Entgeld frühdtücken und das Team bereitete schnell ein Zimmer. Das war angenehm. Das WLAN ist nur einen Tag frei. Danach kostez es. Das ist lästig. Die Handtücher könnten sauberer sein.“

„Das Personal war freundlich. Hotel ist schon älter.“

„The room which was supposed to be the best in class was pretty ordinary but it would have been ok if things were working 1. The tv had no audio (starts with good audio and in 30 seconds goes mute) it’s a very tiny screen for the room in any case 2. Lights in the room and shower flickered constantly was not for faint of heart very scary 3. Service was poor had to ask multiple times for a basic towel we were three and only two towels were provided it was so slow that we had to share a towel 4. ...

„Quite nice hotel for the price we paid. Everything in room worked, room was comfortable. Breakfast... vegetarian Indian food and very limited selection of western food (we did not try). Hotel is bait far away from the center but 3-wheel taxi drivers know some good shortcuts even usable during rush hour ... hence it does not take too much time to get into the center. taxi is a bit costly.“

„Fantastic hotel. Rooms are large and clean and have everything you need. Staff are amazing, can not do enough for you with great local knowledge. I stayed in 2 rooms, a twin with a friend then a double on my own, both excellent. Any issues were rectified within minutes. A safe area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Nice rooftop seating/relaxing area with a limited cafe, nice breakfast. I will stay here again, not central but easy access to everywhere by tuktuk or taxi.“

„Friendly staff - but the property needs renovation and maintenance “

„It was a regret. Full of mosquitoes. Could not sleep a wink. Intercoms not working. Dirty and Smelly Towels.Walls not painted. Windows not closings properly. Overall regret the choice i made to stay - ROOM NO 14 D BLOCK. Will not recommend. “

„It was a old apartment. We were there only for few hours but really not very neat. Found cockroached all over the place too.“

„Ok“
