„I checked in on the wrong date at Towneplace Suites. They told me I could still check in they would just need the payment from Hotels.com. I had paid online so I didn’t want to pay twice. I was on the phone 3 different times with supervisors trying to get the payment sent through. Thanks to the patient ladies who worked the front desk. The overnight attendant showed up before midnight. She took charge of the situation and had us in a room. The process took almost 3 hours. The stay was great. ...

„Die Lage war für unsere Vorhaben sehr gut und man kam mit dem Auto überall schnell hin. Das Hotel ist verhältnismäßig neu und daher auch noch alles in Ordnung, vor allem die große Dusche hat und gefallen. Bisschen ärgerlich war, dass der Pool dreckig war und jeder vom Parkplatz aus einem zuschauen konnte. “

„We stayed there for 2 nights for my wife graduation. Beds are comfortable, room is clean. Also close to restaurants and usm. Breakfast is basic. Good for short stay. “

„Bei diesem Hotel hatten wir weniger Glück beim zugeteilten Hotelzimmer. Wir haben via hotels.com ein Zimmer mit Einzelbett Kingsize gebucht. Vor Ort war nur noch ein kleines Zimmer mit Doppel-Einzelbetten vorhanden direkt bei den Aufzügen und Ice & Vending maschines. Lärm war vorprogrammiert. Föhn hat nicht funktionniert. Internetverbindung war lahm und ist regelmässig zusammengebrochen. Service am Frontdesk ein wenig nonchalant.“

„Oh what a find. This is so much fun. Outside listening to the frogs right now. The only improvement may be to wash the gable windows upstairs to get an even better view. We will be staying here from now on between Texas and Florida drive. Thanks so much for the incredible vacation.“
