"Klein aber fein sauber und die Klimaanlage kann man selbst regulieren wie es für einen passt Personal freundlich hilfsbereit und nicht aufdringlich h aber present Frühstück reichlich frisch von guter Qualität und auf sonder wünsch wie spezielle Speisen wünsch wurde immer schnell frisch zubereitet Besonders der Lobby und Restaurants Management ist sehr aufmerksam Selbst die Hoteleitung erkundigt sich persönlich bei den Kunden in der Lobby. Das fand en wir nsprechend das Gesamtpaket hat bestimmt und wir würden es wieder buchen. Danke. Für den schönen Urlaubszeit. Die Bitten waren aus ist bequem das muss man noch einmal betonen."

"We had a nice stay on both occasions. The staff was very kind and helpful. Ee went to Niagara for 2 days and could store our suitcase without any problems. Just ask for Endrious and he will take care of you. The rooms are spacious and clean. Only thing I didn‘t like was that whenever I went outside to grab something off of Doordash there was a Marihuana smell. That however is something that the Hotel has no control of. Surroundings are safe, there is a Loblaws right besides the Hotel and it‘s only a couple of minutes down to Eaton Centre. We‘ll be back!"

"Sehr freundliches Empfang, wir haben sogar aufgrund unserem Goldstatus ein Upgrade in den High-Level bekommen. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und die kleine Küche praktisch."
