„The house was nice and convenient to RIT (Rochester Inst of Technology) as we attended graduation ceremonies. Lots of room to spread out with a nice kitchen, LR/DR. Bathrooms in nice shape and the laundry room was convenient. Others have described the "somewhat busy street" ; however, you don’t hear any road noise from inside. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. And, the owner is great as we needed some dining suggestions and they were super helpful. We will definitely stay here again.“

„Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.“

„Though older, the property is well kept and very clean. Even with 9 people, there was plenty of room and we were even able to easily manage with one bathroom. The town is very nice and was within easy walking distance. Great place to stay with a large group.“

„Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.“

„Unit was very clean and appeared newly renovated. Kitchen and appliances were new. Bathroom was new. We did not lack for much and the hosts supplied what we needed during our stay. Keep in mind the bathroom is on the second floor in case anyone visiting you there is unable to negotiate the stairs. Another caution is only one of the beds allows a tall person (6’ 2”) to let their feet hang off the end. We would stay here again.“
