We booked in March but nevertheless when we arrived, there was nobody waiting for us in the reception. 3. Nobody speaks fluent English 4. Nobody explained us the rules (ex: breakfast from 07:30 to 10.00) 5. We were to dinner normally at 22:00 but one day the manager told us to be at 21:00 6. „Eine besonders charmante und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, die wiederholt mit zunächst unerkannten Rückzugsorten überrascht. Für uns genauso wie wir es uns nach den Fotos/der Beschreibung vorgestellt hatten. Sehr freundliches Personal, gerade an der Rezeption - alle Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Zudem gibts jeden Abend kleinere Veranstaltungen/ein Unterhaltungsprogramm im Hotel. Wenn man etwas bemängeln ...
