„This is an old apartment building. The building itself could have been cleaner, but the apartment we occupied was clean. I had to fix the toilet so that it would flush - the chain had fallen off the flush mechanism which was rusted through. The king bed had a nice divot which kept us on our own side of the bed all night. The stairway door at the end of the 15th floor hall was locked which should be a fire violation.“
