„The Farnham did an amazing job in all areas of hospitality. The service, the food and the hotel were five star even though I believe it is a four star hotel. The only thing that was a problem is the lack of humidity in the HVAC both my daughter and I. We were so dry in our rooms. I would like to stay there again, but I would probably buy a personal humidifier for my time there.. otherwise keep up the great work“

„We happened upon the Hotel Indigo and were going to cancel out stay due to an unexpected family matter. However, when we walked into the hotel to cancel I was so impressed by the vibe that we kept our reservation. Even though we only stayed a night, it was a fantastic stay. The staff, the atmosphere, the decor all made it an almost ethereal experience. We will be back!“

„Da die Lufthansa Verspätung hatte und mein Anschluss Flug umgebucht hat in Chicago auf den nächsten Tag, konnte ich diesen Aufenthalt nicht mal wahr nehmen. Da ich im Flieger von München nach Chicago um 16 Uhr war und nicht wusste von einer Verspätung konnte ich nicht in der „Frist“ rechtzeitig stornieren. Der Manager hat prompt drauf bestanden das ich keinerlei Erstattung oder sonst was bekomme. Hier buche ich NIE WIEDER! Und sag dann gleich auch allen die ich kenne hier nicht zu buchen “

„Wir hatten ein modern eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Zimmer, die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Nur das Hotelpersonal war nicht besonders hilfsbereit, wir wollten den Gäste-PC nutzen, dieser hat aber nicht funktioniert, die Dame am Check-In meinte nur kurz, dies sei schon länger der Fall., dann hat sie sich wieder mit ihrer Kollegin unterhalten und ließ uns stehen. Da uns auch das Stadtviertel nicht besonders gefallen hat - sehr modern und ohne "Atmosphäre", werden wir nächstes mal wieder ein ...

„First off, I wanna make it clear that the Services outstanding and every single employee that I came across was wonderful and helpful. I love the vibe of the bar downstairs, and I love the fact that the employees multitask so well. The only reason I give this hotel four stars is because the mattress is not that comfortable, the hvac is a bit noisy, the bathroom is small with a tiny wash basin that causes me to splash water all over the floor, and I haven’t quite made my mind up about the square ...
