Owner was really flexible when he got hospitalized during our initial planned stay. Can not say enough good things. Only improvement I can think of is updating the listing to make it clear it’s located on a channel that goes out to the lake. We were a little anxious going because we weren’t 100% the channel connected until we got there. “
