The Wish House is a self guided retreat, using nature to help people heal, to activate their spirituality, growth and connection to the earth.

The cabin is located on the hosts’ small farm, offering privacy and opportunities for peaceful mediation, creating space away from a busy world.

Nestled in a quiet corner, this quirky and retro Cabin offers a cosy and comfortable space, fitted out with recycled furniture and homemade touches. An ideal space for 1-2 guests, with a comfy queen bed, small kitchenette, and separate bathroom with the shower & toilet facilities. Relax and unwind in the private & peaceful courtyard, with a fire pit and an outdoor bath, you are sure to recharge those batteries.

The Wish House Retreat offers self catering - just bring your own food and drink and cook meals using the webber BBQ with a gas cooker. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer and all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans you will need.

If you prefer to dine out, the small coastal town of Urenui is a quick 10 minute drive from the cabin and offers 2 cafes, a pub for evening meals or grab takeways or a picnic to eat at the many local beaches. Or further afield, take a scenic 30 minute drive to the beautiful city of New Plymouth, for all your amenities.

The Wish House Retreat and surrounding land, has healing energy and a purpose behind your stay. A perfect space to slow down, reflect, disconnect, reconnect or just sit in stillness.
