„House located close to the sand bar and marina. Easily access grocery stores, lake, casino, golf, and so much more. House was stocked with tons of towels, pillows, covers, grill, chairs and fire pit. Ashley was very inviting and quick to answer any concerns. Our annual family vacation of 8 adults, 2 pre-teens and infant was accommodating and comfortable. Great for those that seek comfort, location, clean well kept home. “

„Right on the water with easy access to the lake for swimming. Lots of areas to find solitude within the house and many porches. Owners were quick to respond to questions we had. “

„The house and grounds are exactly as featured. Donna and Jeffery, the owners, live next door. They are very nice and helpful without being intrusive. The beach and dock area are awesome!“

„Property was great for a big group of guys looking to golf and do a lake day. Ample amount of space and privacy. No issues with the checkin process and were allowed in the house ~1 hour early. Property manager was around for 20-30 mins showing us all the ins & outs of the house and showing us how the tech worked“

„We had such a great time! We are a group of 11 high school friends who have remained friends for over 50 years! Yes we are old! We rented a pontoon boat with plans to explore Torch Lake one day and Elk Lake another day, however the weather was unusually cold with rain off and on so we cancelled. There was so much to do in the surrounding area. We spent time in Elk Rapids, Bellaire and Alden exploring, shopping and enjoying the lake views. We spent 1/2 a day at Traverse City Resort and Spa ...
