The basement hosts the second living room area, the game room, a full bathroom and the fourth bedroom (with two queen beds). There are two outside, sitting areas, one on the deck and one on the backyard patio. The property also has a completely fenced backyard for the kids and dogs. Gas grill for summer bbq's along with grilling utensils.  *Patio furniture and fire pit are seasonal items and are stored during winter months November- Mid April .
