4 Bd.Rm.Historic Dundee / Park View

This Dundee home is centrally located in the heart one of the most classic neighborhoods in America. It is a 2 1/2 story, 4 Bdrm/2 bath home on historic a Blvd. across the street from a park and a jogging trail. Short drive to Downtown/ Old Market; zoo; walking distance to neighborhood restaurants; 10 min. to Benson, Blackstone; Elmwood Park offers playground/swimming pool/ public golf. We have recently upgraded so beds now include 1 King, 2 queens and 1 twin sized bed for 7 guests.

The space
This is a spacious, two and a half story, restored 1920's home in the Dundee/Memorial Park neighborhood. Wood floors on main floor and master bedroom; central air conditioning; 4 TV s with YouTube, Netflix and MLB; wifi; Kurig coffee maker with coffee provided; microwave, hair dryer, ironing board. The bedrooms are as follows: Garden Room has one twin bed; Seaside Room has a queen size bed; Nantucket Suite has a king bed and the third floor Vintage Room has one queen sized bed. Master bedroom has a sitting room with desk; ceiling fan above the bed. There are two bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. Fireplace in the living room.. We have a private backyard with vine-covered walls, lush flower garden, comfy chairs and patio table and chairs for six. The front porch also has seating where you can enjoy a view of Memorial Park.

Guest access
Park on the left side of the driveway with space for three to four cars. You have access to the oven and microwave. Some refrigerator space is available. The basement is off limits. No laundry facility available to guests but for guests staying for 5 or more days, we can do laundry for you. We have a basement apartment where we may be staying but you will not see us unless you ask for assistance.

Other things to note
We live here as our primary residence but we are happy to turn over all areas of the house to you and except the basement. We may or may not be staying in our basement apartment which has a separate entrance. We will not enter any of the rest of the house during your stay and you will have complete privacy. After a brief tour, you will not see us. Please message us if you have questions.

Large parties are not allowed. Please do not exceed our guest limit without permission. We have a shared driveway with lovely neighbors. Please keep the noise level reasonable. The No Smoking Policy also refers to marijuana anywhere on the property.
Since this is our main residence, closets are to remain closed but there are hooks and hangers on the outside of all closet doors and a few empty drawers for your use. You will find benches or luggage racks in each room.
