„Located in a colourful area of Florence outside of the main tourist area with some interesting characters across the street in the park. There is no phone reception outside the property, it’s in a strange dead zone where we had to walk 200-300 meters down the street to get phone reception. This is the only time this happened to us in Italy so make sure you screenshot the check-in instructions.
