"Eine sehr schöne Gegend mit vielen Bäumen. Frühstücksbuffet mit einer guten Auswahl. Leider ist die Schallisolation zu den Nachbarzimmern schrecklich. Wenn der Nachbar die Toilette benutzt hören sie es zuerst plätschern, dann zweimal plums, plums und schliesslich die infernale Toilettenspülung. Jede Nacht wurden wir mehrmals durch diese Spülung aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Sehr schade, wäre sonst ein schönes Hotel. "

"The location is perfect for foot tours of the city center, situated between Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. I was impressed by the size and comfort of my room that was attached to the large bathroom (two steps down) by a small lounge with a refrigerator and the coffee maker as well as a couch. There was noise from the street until late in the evening, but that is to be expected at such a location. Most of all, housekeeping was excellent with fresh towels every day and spotless cleaning. I do want to point out that everything is on different levels, there are many stairs to negotiate - this gives the hotel a certain Alice in Wonderland charm. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists and will gladly come again."
