„Hotel is well located and room was large and comfortable. The reason for the less than 5 rating is due to the spa not being included in the price, and this was not indicated on the website. Evidence was shown to the reception staff and the owner, and they were disappointingly very dismissive saying it was the fault of Hotels.com and not their problem.
