„This is a great house to rent. With an older teen, it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And while we didn't plan on cooking, we ended up making dinner there one night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Because we were out most of the day, we didn't get to see the horses. Hopefully we can spend some daylight hours there next time.“

„Everything was as stated. Movie selection was good since the Wi-Fi was not great. The only glitch was the grill. It wouldn’t start and we couldn’t find a lighter and had to hunt one down. Other than that great time!“

We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. „It was wonderful to find plenty of plates, utensils, and other basics in kitchen for preparing meals. Outdoor deck and pool area were more than anyone needs to enjoy the outdoors. Our pooch loved the wooded fenced in property. There were 6 of us, and we all agreed that your home would be a wonderful place to re-visit on another "USMC Reunion". „There were zero issues checking in or out. Not only did Edward answer all the questions I had, he also looked out for us. He contacted me to let me know about a storm system moving in and how to prepare and what to expect. The place was great and he kept in contact. „Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Nice amenities with coffee, cocoa, snacks. House is as described and all communication with the owners were great. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor lightning as well as the neon sign inside. We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again.“

„You get more for the cost compared to other places I've stayed, parking in the garage for me is a plus in view of safety, The only thing I suggest for any traveling to this location in a full size truck with 2 wheel drive in dry weather my truck experienced a little spinning climbing the incline driveway and the front entrance and decks can use a little cleaning prior to guest arriving. But over all we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it.“

„We decided to come to Tennessee on a last minute trip due to lack of snow up north. I could book the property and get everything I needed in 24 hours. Thanks to the owner for accommodating us. The place was very clean and nice, with great views and location. While we only had 3 of us staying, this house was set up to handle larger groups pretty easily, with the 4 bedrooms.“
