Villa Bali offers everything one could wish for on holiday. It has a beach-shaped swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. A summer dining area with a large covered barbecue where you can enjoy grilled meats or paellas in the open air. Different spaces with sofas, where you can rest whilst admiring the magnificent views of the Garraf Natural Park. And of course, a fully equipped house, accommodated for 12 people.



Villa Bali is located in the municipality of Olivella (Barcelona) in the heart of Garraf. Its Natural Park offers interesting landscapes and a variety of trails to visit both on foot and by bicycle.



Just a 10-minute drive away, you can enjoy the tourist town of Sitges, known for its diverse leisure offerings, its lively nightlife and its beautiful fine sand beaches. You can also practise water sports and enjoy the best restaurants, shops and bars in the area, or simply stroll through its beautiful streets.



At 4 kilometres away is the beautiful village of Sant Pere de Ribes where you can do all kinds of shopping and where you will find Aldi, Lider, Caprabo, Mercadona, Carrefour supermarkets…



If you like getting to know Mediterranean cities, you cannot miss a visit to cosmopolitan Barcelona, just 45 km from the centre.



For lovers of amusement parks you will find about 40km away Port Aventura, the perfect place to release adrenaline.



Although if what you like is history, you cannot miss getting to know the city of Tarragona, which you can find less than 65 km away. A beautiful city surrounded by the charm of ancient Rome.



Villa Bali is a house that has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, induction hob, variety of kitchenware…) that leads to a covered porch with spacious sofas where you can rest and relax comfortably. In the dining room, you will see a large window where you can enjoy incredible views, Smart TV and air conditioning. Full bathroom with shower tray, two double bedrooms and a suite with full bathroom. On the second floor, there is a spacious bedroom with 4 single beds and air conditioning and another bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, and full bathroom.

The accommodation is entirely exclusive for guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.



A set of bed sheets and a set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you wish to change sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.



Cleaning is not included during your stay. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, you can request it as an additional service for an extra charge.



The maintenance of the swimming pool is carried out weekly by qualified personnel.



The coffee maker is a Dolce Gusto capsule machine.

No charcoal is supplied for the barbecue.



Both before and during your stay you can consult me about everything you need.

If you need anything prior to your arrival, please don't hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to clarify any doubts you may have.

Once you arrive at the accommodation I will be there personally to welcome you, show you around the house and explain how everything works.

I can also advise you on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, local festivals, supermarkets where to shop,... and anything else you may need.

If you need my help during your stay it will be a pleasure to assist you.



Quiet and residential neighbourhood, completely safe.



It is highly recommended to have a car.

You can park inside the house, although access is a bit complicated. In any case, you can park for free without any problem on the street, right in front of the house.

If what you want is to enjoy the house and make some occasional outings, another option is to use a taxi, as there is a 24-hour service.

There is also a bus stop near the house, but the timetables are very limited.

We can arrange taxi transfers to the airport for you, or to any other place.



BOOKING CONDITIONS



Bookings are not permitted for groups of young people UNDER 28 YEARS OF AGE.

This house is designed to be enjoyed as a family, in a peaceful, pleasant and residential environment.

*** ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING IS NOT PERMITTED, AS THE HOUSE'S ELECTRICAL POWER CANNOT SUPPORT IT ***



Before arrival at the property, a link will be sent where you must register the details of ALL guests, and furthermore, you must pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff member responsible for handing over the keys will not deliver the keys until this process is completely finished.



The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat of Catalonia is €1.75 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 years old do not pay).



RESPONSIBILITY



The booking of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read carefully the property rules that will be posted on Airbnb. Parties and smoking inside the property are not permitted. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to vacate the property immediately, with no right to compensation or refund.



It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.



Guests are responsible for the proper care of the property during their stay and undertake to return it in the same condition as the accommodation and its furnishings were found, except for repairs to appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the property.

If any defect occurs in the property, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.



Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, the kitchen tidy and rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.



CHECK-IN



The check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00.



The person responsible for check-in will wait at the property to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.



The loss of keys will have a supplement of €50 for each set and €75 for the parking remote control.
