Be it high summer or snowy winter, this is the place to chill! A long shady driveway brings you to the Cottage, a two bedroom, one bathroom, one story building with a large deck and Weber grill. It’s fully equipped and nicely appointed and warm as toast when the north winds howl down from Mt. Mombaccus. In the summer, a long lawn leads down to the large, heated saltwater pool. Imagine floating in this while sipping a cocktail or playing with your kids. In colder months, there’s a gas-fired stove in the living area which has a splendid cathedral ceiling and exposed beams.
If you need just about anything, Tetta’s, a 4 generation general store has gas, pizza and a small assortment of groceries including a deli.
The Cottage is about 30-40 minutes from Kingston, Stone Ridge, Woodstock, High Falls and other small towns all of which have fine restaurants
We’re 10 minutes from the stunning Ashokan Reservoir walkway and many hiking trails.
Please note: the pool is only open in the summer from about mid May until a bit after Labor Day.
