Newly built house in the authentic fishing town of Olhão, centrally located just off the main Avenida and near the waterfront, marina, restaurants & cafes. Less than 5 mins to bus, train & shopping. Short ferry ride to the unique beach islands of Armona, Culatra and Farol. Easy access to other Algarve towns by train or bus. Full kitchen with all amenities, heating/AC, Wi-fi, cable TV with mainly Portuguese and English channels, washing/drying machine, fridge, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, juicer. Books, games and puzzles. All bed linens, bath towels and toiletries provided. Beach towels and cooler bag for the beach. You will occupy the completely private upper floor of the house comprised of 1 bedroom, living & kitchen area, 1 bathroom with shower, and a private balcony in front. There is also small common patio in the backyard. The rooftop terrace will be open July 1, 2026. There you can enjoy sunbathing, BBQ and dining under the airy pergola! You'll love our fully loaded welcome basket! In the summer parking can be challenging but there is a free parking lot near the door, and parking on all side streets is free. Plus there is inexpensive paid parking on the nearby main Avenida of Olhão. No pets or party animals, please. 1 to 2 persons, ideally. We can accommodate a 3rd person, preferably a child or small person on the sofa bed. Not suitable for persons who have difficulty climbing stairs.
