„First, the good, the inside of our room was nice. We had two beds, a fridge, microwave, table and chairs and a tv. There was room to walk around. Now, the bad, upon arrival (after the 4pm check in time) there were trash bags lined up in front of our room. The housekeeper (Anne) was rude. The beds only had sheets and when asking housekeeper about blankets she rudely replied “well at least your room is clean”. She did bring the blankets a little later. „We stayed for 3 nights and I can honestly say it was the cleanest place I ever stayed in Old Orchard Beach. The neighborhood was really quiet, so it was awesome for our little ones to go to sleep early. They had everything you could ever need for a trip, and more. The only complaint we have is the sink nasal spraying everywhere, which seemed to only be a water pressure issue, so no big deal at all. The host was very communicative for our upcoming trip. „Overall it was a great stay with plenty of room for the 4 people we had. Super close to the beach and great food. „This clean, comfortable, spacious home was the perfect place for our extended family to spend time together. The boys especially enjoyed the NBA arcade game! Although we did not venture out on the rooftop deck in the snow and rain, it looked like the perfect place to enjoy some ocean breezes on a summer evening. “

„The house was nice and in a good location with plenty of parking. Only one thing I can think of to consider if you’re thinking of staying- The 3rd bedroom that advertised 2 twin beds was a really small room with one twin bed on a bed frame and the other was a twin mattress up against the wall. There was a cot frame for that mattress and the mattress was comfortable but if it was also down and set up no one could really get out of the beds without stepping on the other mattress. „Our stay at this beautiful home was everything we could have imagined . One minute path to the beach , 10 walk to the pier board walk . Each room was very nicely decorated comfy very spacious ,felt like I was home. Parking was very accommodating , the scenery on top deck was amazing . I would love to come back for more years to come to make it a tradition. The owner was amazing , patient and very kind .“
