„First of all, the location was great. It was walking distance to the beach and the grassy area in the back was great for walking dogs. We do appreciate that pets were allowed. The property needed a lot of TLC. The screen door was broken, the interior doors didn't latch properly so you can actually get locked out of the bedroom and bathroom. There was no top sheet on the bed and the bed seemed smaller than a queen. It seemed like a full size mattress. There was no hand soap at the bathroom vanity ...

„We stayed one night basically just to sleep so it was sufficient for us. Definitely very small and old and could use some updates. Our room was on the second floor and the steps were very steep so would not be good for anyone older. The room was clean and neat and had the basic necessities. “

It was NOT new renovated (like the other place). Beat up, needed clean up, they were chasing raccoons at 10:30 at night (not helping my 85 yr old mom). We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.
