„The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot.“

„This was our second visit Nicely appointed 1 bedroom with laundry in the apartment, as well as a kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Traverse City. We enjoy staying here much more than a hotel. Hosts were helpful at our earlier visit, we didn't need anything this time, but responded quickly when I informed them we were checked out! We will likely be back next year.“

„Very clean and liked that it was close but not too close to the hubbub of Traverse City. Good launching point to the M22 area. Had a bit of difficulty gaining entrance because I had not written the code to the key lock down and had no connection on my phone till we got inside to get the WiFi password “

„Apartment was very cute and clean. Easy to access. Lack of parking just has to be planned for. We parked on Washington for the weekend. Walls were thin. We heard the upstairs neighbors having “fun” in the middle of the night and in the morning which was less than ideal.“

„Condo was very clean and in a convenient location. Sometimes loud with sounds outside and from the hall. Condo had a weird smell, maybe from neighbors cooking? Since it is pet friendly, there was a lot of dog hair on the couch and chair in the living room. If you're very allergic to dogs, might not be the best place to stay. There's a recycling dumpster outside next to the trash, but nowhere to store recycling inside the condo, so that might be something the host considers adding in the future. ...

„Nice location and cabin has everything you need. But it doesn’t have WiFi, the bed is super squeaky and uncomfortable, and a lot of insects get into the cabin.“

„The building itself is a little out dated but the room was recently redone and was modern and well built. While the bed was comfortable it was a full size so it was a little on the small size for us. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.“

After sweeping, it was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. I also noticed loose cupboard hinges. The bathroom had more serious issues.
