It's conveniently located - close to shops, restaurants, movie theater, and the public beach in Old Forge, as well as hiking trails within walking distance or a short drive. Also very close to McCauley Mountain for skiing and mountain biking. The cottage was super clean from top to bottom. Check-in/out was easy and the owners were easy to contact if/when needed.“

„Could have been a 5 star rating but:1. we had to shovel 5 inches of snow from walkway and deck to get in the house2. Very small amount of toilet paper. Had to go to the store the first evening we arrived. 3. The request to leave an empty dishwater, beds stripped, garbage removed AND to take with us, and floors vacuumed and swept was a bit much. The house is very cute, comfortable and in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. “

„The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! From the moment I walked in my mouth was on the floor. The attention to detail is incredible at this place and has everything that anyone could want in a luxurious Adirondack cabin! The rooms were exceptional and very clean. The decorating was stunning! „We had a lovely week in this beautiful lakeside cottage. Gorgeously decorated, clean and well maintained. Well-stocked kitchen and a grill that is nicer than ours at home. Temperature was comfortable indoors and the firepit and waterfront were great for nights by the fire. My husband was even able to bring and park his boat there! We are excited to come back again! “

„Our family of 6 members ranging in age from teen to 70s had a wonderful time spending Thanksgiving on Fourth lake. Every room was comfortable and clean, and we had a blast with the pool table, by the water, and more. We got to see every kind of weather, from hiking to waterfalls to getting "snowed in."
