The house is comfortable, cozy & conveniently located. And the nearby traintracks was not an issue at all. „We enjoyed our stay in Olathe to be close to our grandkids for the summer. It had everything we needed for us and our little dog Casey. Location was great to get to lots of restaurants and close to highways to travel the short distance to the kids houses. Jeff and Julie thought of so many extras to make our stay comfortable. “

„It was a little discomforting at first with the cameras, but it’s understandable since this is their primary residence. I got used to it. Overall the house had everything I needed and they allowed me to park in the garage during storms, which was nice. I spent most of my time in the basement or the kitchen, overall I would recommend this place.“

„We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable“

„This was a dream spot for KC. The property was just outside of the city but was quaint and quiet as if we were an hour outside of town. The view is so perfect for a night on the rooftop to catch up and the hot tob was ideal after many hours of travel. Jessica was so friendly, easy to contact, and quick to respond. Check in and check out were so easy! Would recommend every time!“

„Nick and Rachel were very communicative. Our stay was very comfortable and accommodating. The neighborhood is beautiful! It is centrally located with just short uber rides to get to all of our destinations. The unit itself was clean, welcoming, and met all of our needs. It has a vintage feel that worked so well in the space. There are small touches all around to make it feel like a home. I highly recommend this property! “

„We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. Only recommended items would be paper towels, kleenex and a pizza cutter. We would stay again if Comps ...

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings hat es im gesamten Hotel im ersten und zweiten Stock sehr unangenehm fast giftig gerochen. Wir waren dort für 10 Tage und sehr viel unterwegs und immer nur abends zurück, aber wir haben öfters drüber nachgedacht doch noch mal eine andere Unterkunft aufzusuchen. Und am 7 Tag hatten wir unfassbar laute Nachbarn genau über uns, wo das Personal uns sehr freundlicher Weise dann im Dritten Stock ganz weit weg umgezogen hat und dann in Ordnung war. Das Frühstück hatte für mich sehr wenig Auswahl an frischen Optionen aber mein Mann war sehr zufrieden. Klassisch Pancakes, scrambled eggs, Softdrinks, coffee, bread, sausages. Wasserdruck war tatsächlich etwas schwach im 2. Stock im dritten Stock über der Rezeption war es sehr gut. Alles in allem kann man für den Preis im Grunde nicht meckern, aber für mich war der unangenehme Geruch sehr störend. Wahrscheinlich von den Waschmaschinen im Erdgeschoss im Lobby Bereich. Selbst der Geruch von frischen Pancakes morgen hat es kaum verbessert. "
