„Stayed with my 9 year old in a tiny home as well as the wheel wagon, the biggest of the tiny homes. The design of the homes is awesome, the kitchen well equipped, beds are comfy and the AC is really quiet, which makes for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the soothing sound of the creek. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!“

„We had such an incredible time in Montrose, CO—it truly felt like a little escape! The house was super cozy, very clean, and clearly well taken care of. Valerie is a fantastic host—so kind and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. She really made everything easy and stress-free. The house had everything we needed for a comfy, relaxing stay. And the location? Perfect—just a short drive to the stunning Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’d come back in a heartbeat!“

„Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit.“

„We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!“

„We loved our stay at Josie’s place! It was a lovely, spacious, affordable home central to a lot of outdoor activities in the area. We went to Ouray, Ridgeway State Park, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’ve got two littles, and the house was very kid friendly. “

„Excellent stay with all the benefits of camping… fire pit, dark night sky, nature sounds, outdoor dining activities and games… but without the hassle and downsides. The cabin was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, and A/C to keep cool. We enjoyed a tethered inner tube float on the river out back, fishing, and watching all the hummingbirds buzzing around. „This is a perfect place for a family vacation. House is very clean and up to date. Beds are very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We ate most meals at the house and had plenty of nice dishes and utensils to use. We used it as our base to explore black canyon and Colorado national monument. Perfect location on the outer edge of town in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay at this place again. “
