„Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new. „This place was a lovely surprise. It looked a little sketchy from the outside, but inside was very clean, with many nice touches - croissants, PBJ, a coffee grinder, great coffee maker, and all the appliances worked! There's lots of seating room, and the best TV I've seen in any kind of rental accommodation! We had one small issue (a blown breaker) that Kassa responded to right away.I'm happy to recommend this home!“

"As tourists from Germany we went on a tour of Alberta. Because we liked this hotel by far the best, we even forfeited a non-cancellable overnight stay at another hotel. We particularly liked the very nice, clean and quiet room and the very good beds.There is also the best hotel breakfast in all of Canada and very warm service from Millith and the hotel manager. We can only warmly recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back at any time."

"My experience could not have been better! Since I arrived too early (around 1:30 pm), I wasn't sure if I had to wait for my room to be available, however they directly checked me in. Staff was perfectly friendly and attentive, explaining everything in detail. They also made a late check-out possible which came in very handy. The room was spotlessly clean and full of amenities. There were complimentary water bottles (which were re-stocked every day), shampoo/conditioner/showering gel, body lotion, etc. I also loved the bed which was very comfortable! My visit included a complimentary breakfast. The quality was really good and staff was friendly, however the buffet was missing some things like yoghurt or cheese for example. It was still very good."
