„Space is beautiful and staff is helpful and friendly.“

„Wonderful hotel – very friendly staff. Was a nice experience!“

„Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone.“

„Great place. It was even better than we expected!“

„Big room but less space for clothes or work on desk / table ( e.g. laptop). Breakfast they offer three styles, japanese, pancake, western, but are flexibel, that's good. Breakfast Service people not good organized. Overall optical is exzellent but details not good organized“

„Lovely place to stay in an area of Kyoto that’s close to a few large, beautiful shrines. Really great room complemented by a wonderful, helpful staff. Would love to stay here again!“

„Großartiges Frühstück mit wirklich extrem freundlichem Service. Zimmer und Bad herausragend. Livingroom nicht Cosy.“

„Extrem staubige Zimmer.

„This hotel is a dream. Just fantastic and I recommend to those who wants to experience Japan pure hospitality “
