This is a diverse, up-and-coming neighborhood with very close proximity to Downtown OKC. There are some new remodels and new construction among a few run-down houses. Like with other urban neighborhoods near a downtown area, you may see people walking around at times. We have outdoor cameras on the property.

Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- A separate refundable security deposit may be required before check-in.
- There is an additional fee PER PET.
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property.
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- The booking platform automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.

Please note: We may require a separate, refundable security deposit before check-in. If one applies to your stay, we'll send the amount and instructions after booking, and it's fully refunded after checkout as long as there's no damage or house-rule violation.
