Lots of room and big garden. A fully fitted kitchen if you wish to cook or if not there are pubs and restaurants in the locality. Entrance hall with downstairs WC and utility room. Huge open plan kitchen diner which leads through to the lounge. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms - master with en suite and further family bathroom. 2 acres of gardens to explore.



Guest Access:

All the house is for the guests.



The Neighborhood:

Located next to working diary farm and a farm house. Close to Lydford Gorge and Dartmoor - which offers wonderful walks, cycling, horse riding and so much more.



Getting Around:

A car is required.



Other Things to Note:

During peak times, we only accept booking from Friday to Friday.

In our house rules it states that dogs are welcome only by prior arrangement.



Interaction with Guests:

Roost are out management company and will help with and questions.
