„My only negative is when there is a function on the roof of the desert suites building it is very noisy on the third floor. A very special thank you to Vishwojyoti for going the extra mile to make our stay even better. The staff were all great and attentive. Mellanie at the front desk also very nice. “

„The atrium is amazing who would expect to see a river running through it. All the greenery and the pool in the middle. The onsite restaurant was excellent. Room was clean and the bed and pillows super comfy. Only weird thing was the corridors so many turns to get to your room! Would definitely stay there again!“

„Alles in allen ein gutes Motel, jedoch war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht wirklich gut. Trotz reklamieren kam niemand zum putzen und auch nicht am nächsten Tag. Frühstück war erstaunlich gut für das was in den anderen Bewertungen stand es gab von allem etwas, jedoch nur auf Papptellern und Plastikgeschirr. Das war leider etwas schade “

„We have stayed here often in the past…our reservation was in the tower this time and it was lovely! The whole property is beautiful, clean and comfy! Close to Okanagan lake and half hour walk to downtown! Staff are very friendly! Was a little disappointed that the pool side bar wasn’t running and of course they are working on the new wellness centre so it was a bit noisy…but that was to be expected! I have always recommended this property to friends and family and will continue to do so! “

„As of a Month ago The New Owners of the Restaurant are no longer allowing the hotel to offer Breakfast included. Like the previous owners did. When I stayed there Three years ago in the Winter many times the Breakfast was amazing. The pool and Hot tub are Wonderful especially on very Hot weather days 🤗 “
