„Everything was great, but the renovations left the property a bit dirty. Paint, scaffolding, etc. When the renovations are done, I am sure this property will pop. The pool area was AMAZING and the large beach front was PERFECT too. The porches were really big too! “

„We had a little difficulty checking in with the door code. We made contact with the manager and things were remedied quickly. The place was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the location right on the lazy river and the end unit was nice for quieter lounging on the balcony. We have stayed in Miramar for years…and believe we are shifting are peaceful place to Destin West. The bay, lazy river and location to the beach were excellent for each one of our family members. „We absolutely loved our stay here! The pools and kid areas were perfect!! the condo was on the beach so hauling all of our gear wasn’t a large task! The room was spacious and clean! We enjoyed the toys and wagon that was available in our room to use for our stay! Only issue was the washer and dryer smelt like cigarette smoke leaving our clothes with a smoky smell to them. “

There is a wonderful side view of the beach and ocean that you can sit on the spacious balcony and enjoy. The pool is large, heated and maitained. Pool side could use a couple of umbrellas..“

„Spent most of our time at the beach and then on the porch at the condo. View from the porch was the best part of the condo. The inside of the condo was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked well and did not have any problems cooking meals.“

„The condo was described, my favorite part was walking out the door and being so close to both the pool and the beach access. The owner is very nice and prompt to reply to questions. The unit itself was well taken care of and fully stocked. I really appreciated the fold out mattresses for the kids to sleep on. This is a great unit to enjoy your vacation on the beach.“

„The property location was perfect. We enjoyed the immediate access to the beach and pool. Beds were comfortable enough, but extra bedding would have been preferred. We appreciated the extra beach chair in addition to the 2 chairs and umbrella set up daily on the beach. The decor was quirky/sea hag kind of vibe--we liked it, as it added to the vacation feel. We have already stated multiple times that we will return. Pros definitely outweigh the cons. A few issues that we had: 1.The elevator door ...

„This place was absolutely perfect. We’re a family of 5, and everyone had more than enough space throughout the unit! We loved the pool and the lazy river, and elevator/beach access was a breeze. I’m saving this place in my favorites because we will 100000% be back!!!! “

„My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summerplace. The accommodations were nice and clean. All we needed to bring were food and clothes. The two pools were great as well. Although our condo rental did not come with beach service it was available as soon as you step on the sand. The daily and weeklyratea for the service was reasonable. “

"Wir waren bereits mehrmals in diesem Hotel und sind immer sehr zufrieden mit den Zimmern und vor allem dem sehr freundlichen Personal an der Rezeption. Die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand sind sehr schön. Die einzigen beiden Kritikpunkte, welche uns dieses Mal aufgefallen sind: zu laute und unpassende Musik (Hip-Hop) am Pool und Personen am Pool, welche definitiv keine Hotelgäste waren und den Pool nutzten (Armbänder werden bei Check-in ausgehändigt, aber nicht kontrolliert)."
