The Space:
Whether you're planning a family vacation, a trip with friends, or an extended island stay, this spacious single-level house offers plenty of room to relax both indoors and outside. Enjoy a private pool, garden views, and inviting outdoor spaces just moments from the coast.

The open living area flows into a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and everything needed for home cooking. Step outside to the furnished patio with outdoor dining, sun loungers, a gas BBQ grill, and a fully fenced backyard. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wifi make working remotely easy, while Smart TV, Netflix, Roku, and cable provide entertainment.

Bedroom configuration:

Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and double sink
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: King bed

A third full bathroom with shower is conveniently located for shared use. Additional conveniences include air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, beach and pool towels, and parking for two vehicles.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the ocean, the home offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the lively south coast. Oistins, St. Lawrence Gap, and local cafés are all within a short drive, making it easy to enjoy Barbados at your own pace.

Getting Around:
Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) is approximately 5 miles away. Most drives take around 10 to 15 minutes, depending on traffic and the time of day. The home includes parking for two vehicles, and public buses and taxis are available nearby for exploring the island.

Please be aware that for non-Airbnb reservations, a registration form and a security deposit will be required. These will be sent to you through a secure link before we release the arrival instructions. If the form and deposit are not completed, we will unfortunately need to cancel the reservation, as we’re unable to provide arrival details without this information.

There is no daily housekeeping service but should you require a mid-stay cleaning one can be arranged at an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange it.

Ceniza Properties will not be held responsible for any items left on the premises.

Please note we do supply some home and bath essentials complimentary upon arrival like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, coffee filters, and some cleaning products. However, please note, unlike hotel service, these items are not replenished.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises is a VERY strict rule. This means no smoking anywhere around the property! That includes smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message.
