„The waterfall adjacent to the property serves as a natural white noise which allows for a restful night's sleep. I met the proprietor, and he was very friendly. We were in town for a marathon that his son was organizing and it was amazing. The spa was very new, and the service was excellent. We had a very good meal at the restaurant. “

„The Graham is the place to stay in the Catskills!! I stayed in the Bunkhouse and my small room had everything I needed. It was a solo trip and my room had bunk beds. That twin bed was so comfy and cozy! There were 3 bathrooms to share and the bathroom was big and sparking clean. Amazing water pressure and wonderful soap & shampoo. They texted me the morning of my arrival asking my ETA and what I’d like for my breakfasts. The one I chose had a yogurt, granola and fresh berries. And an apple cider ...

„Die Leute am Empfang waren unfreundlich und der Check in hat ewigs gedauert. Infos mussten wir alle selber besorgen. Das Frühstück war eine reinste Katastrophe. Es war fast alles leer und die Frau welche auffüllte konnte kein Wort englisch und verstand nicht mal der Kaffee ist leer oder es hat keine Gabel mehr. Das Hotel war gut gelegen und die Betten bequem. Wir würden nie wieder hier übernachten. Seit 5 Wochen auf Reise das schlechteste Hotel. “

„I had a very nice stay at the Phoenicia Lodge. I needed a nice quiet place to relax prior to my first "hard" hike. The best part of my stay was the genuine friendliness of the owner. She was like someone you have known forever and was very welcoming!“

„I have read a lot of reviews on this property and I always try to steer clear of the bad reviews to let myself in on the experience so I can find out When you speak on “updating” and such, you must keep in mind the Nostalgia of this sport and what this mountain has down to maintain the East Coast Lodge vibe.
