„Das Zimmer ist schmutzig “

„Day time Front Desk staff was not helpful. On day 2 of our 2 nights stay, our room was not made up: towels, coffee sets, cups, and bottled were not replenished. I was given towels from the Desk and I was given 2 expired coffee k cups. I was told that “the 2 bottled water provided on arrival are the only once get.” Breakfast and staff server was great.
