Please be aware of the following before booking:
• Rural County Setting: The property is in an older, established county neighborhood. Some nearby homes may appear less maintained than others, which is typical for rural areas.
• Stray Animals: As this is a county location, you may occasionally see stray dogs or other animals in the area.
• Shared Parking: This property shares a parking area with two other units listed on the platform. The lot is configured with two smaller units in front and a home behind the one of the smaller units.

We want all guests to have realistic expectations about the property and surrounding area.

Guest Access
The homes are equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the home, tiny home and the fenced back yard. The garage and the housekeeping closet is off limits. 5 free parking spaces total. The parking area is well lit.

Other Details to Note
We want your stay to feel easy and predictable, so here are a few helpful notes before you book:
– There is a $400.00 security deposit to cover any damages. The deposit will be automatically collected and will be returned back to you 48 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
– Toiletries and other consumables are provided as a starter kit and may need to be replenished for longer stays or heavier use.
– Propane is provided. Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– The home and yard are not shared. They are solely for your group.
– There is no parking on the driveway due to the septic lines installed directly south of it.
– 18ft trailer is allowed if you back it up to a parking space (do not park parallel to the street).
– There is a gas stovetop but there is not a full size oven. Just a countertop oven.
