„Has an onsen which every room could reserve once per day. Shuttle Service to Gora Station and breakfast(western or eastern style) could be setup the day before. Dinner was also available in the evening which is great when coming back late from hiking. “

There were plenty of futon beds and the kitchen had all that we needed. The attic bedroom was comfortable but does not have standing room. Thank you for a unique Japanese stay.“

„Wonderful hotel!!! Very clean and calm. Nice traditional rooms. 3 Minute walk to the next bus station. The only downside is that you can’t eat dinner there and their breakfast is very small, so plan on eating before returning to the hotel. Besides that a 10/10, also the location is a dream. “

„Beautiful hotel, but it was a bit of a walk from the bus station if you’re going into Hakone. Be sure to call the hotel to have a shuttle pick you up from the nearest shuttle stop, which is down the hill from the property. Stuff that was super nice although they didn’t know too much about the tourist bus lines-recommend getting a hug Kone 1 to 3 day pass if you’re staying longer. „Alle war super! Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Essen und Getränken, und alles sind sehr geschmackvoll. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Die Umgebung ist gut (Nähe von Kanal und nicht zu weit von Bahnhof). Service ist ausgezeichnet und staff ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist großartig.“

„Für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet, da dieses traditionsreiche Haus viele steile Treppen hat und man mit den ungewohnten japanischen Sandalen leicht zu Sturz kommen könnte. Für junge Paare sicher romantisch, man kann privat-Onsen buchen, das Wasser war nicht klar - er war allerdings im Freien. Das Essen (Kayseki Dinner und japanisches Frühstück) waren so-so. “
