„Beautiful property, could use some updating and maintenance but overall we enjoyed our stay.“

„Das zimmer war schmutzig und Service war nich schlecht “

„Great room, respectful staff & location was perfect, the view was immaculate“

„The food was below my expectations and unfortunately gave me an upset stomach. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel needs to immensely improve. Too much dust is gathered everywhere in the room. Really disappointed by the fact that Shangrila is a worldwide recognised brand, but could not provide clean and comfortable rooms. Location is troublesome, in the middle of nowhere. However, the service was hospitable and kind. “

„The rooms has unforgettable smell.“

„Awesome service i booked it for my family and they loved it“

„Extremely dirty and poorly maintained hotel. I booked it in a rush and didn’t realize what a dump it is. Walls are thin so you can hear other people and guests upstairs kept dragging their furniture until 2 am. People were talking outside in the lobby which we could hear in our room all night.“

„There should be a shuttle from murree to here, drive is not everyone cup of tea, hotel is great“

„I would not recommend this property to anyone due to my bad experience, Room was not clean and the washroom was in very poor condition. Overall the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations.“
