Single Story Home with pool/spa and just 10 minutes to the Beach!

Welcome to Casa Benevente in Oceanside, CA! Are you looking for a short term furnished rental that you can just check-in and all is ready for you! This is a perfect spot close to so much in North County San Diego! Just about 8 miles to Oceanside Beach and just a few more miles to all the wonderful Beaches San Diego has to offer! Ideal location if you are in San Diego for an extended time on a Holiday, business or in between homes and want to hit all the popular spots such in San Diego!

Casa Benevente is a 4 bedroom home but only 2 bedrooms are set up with standard beds. The Primary Suite includes a Cal King Bed as well as TV. TV's in the home are Streaming Service only, you will need your own streaming service to login to watch TV. The secondary bedroom has a Queen Size Bed. The Primary suite does have double doors that can open to what would have possibly been a 3rd bedroom but is set up as a den. The couch in the den is able to pull out to a Queen Sofa Sleeper and used as additional sleeping.

The Main Entry you are greeted by the stately office to one side or the elegant dining area with piano. Walk back to the Great Room with Couch & TV that looks right into the Chef's Delight Kitchen! All equipped with dishes, utensils and gadgets needed to make your favorite meals or treats.

There is an in home laundry room with both washer & dryer included in the stay.

Walk out into the 3 car garage. One side of the garage is off limits but the 2 car area of the 3 car garage you are able to park in.

Travel out to the backyard by either way of the Great Room or the Primary Suite and you are greeted with your own private backyard Paradise! Pool, Spa, BBQ island and fruit trees!

Please note that heating of the Pool or Spa are an additional fee. Please inquire on pool & spa heating rates to add to your stay! If you are just looking to swim with not heating the pool or hot tub, you are more then welcome with no additional fee.

Owner does have weekly landscaping & pool service that come on property to maintain.

This home does require a minimum of a 30 night stay with a max of 90 night allowed. Please note that each reservation is just a minimum of 30 nights and then restarted and continued. All utilities are included in your stay with us at a basic usage rate of 4 people staying in the home. If the utilities were found to be running at an excessive amount higher there would be additional charge. Pet's are welcome with additional fee & deposit charged.
