Please note there is a rock sea wall in front of the home. The nearest sand public beach where the public swims, will be walking two miles north near the Oceanside Pier. This home has no AC. This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent the home. Children are permitted to stay in the home with parents or legal guardians.
